Neal has been a licensed Realtor since 1994. Prior to real estate, Neal owned his own Pallett Recycling Company. Neal has been a life time resident of Northwest Ohio currently living in Auglaize County. Neal has served as a Director, and currently chairs the Grevience Committee and is Vice President of the West Central Association of Realtors. He is also Vice President Elect for 2010.
